The Nifty Realty index closed 4.36% lower at 1049 today. The index has added 0.00% over the past month. Among the components, Godrej Properties Ltd fell 5.57%, Phoenix Mills Ltd slipped 5.40% and DLF Ltd lost 5.35%. The Nifty Realty Index has risen 85.00% over the past year, compared to the 29.91% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50. In other indices, the Nifty Auto Index has slipped 2.88% and the Nifty Infrastructure index was down 2.83% on the day. Across markets, the Nifty 50 was down 2.12% to close at 25,250.1 while the SENSEX was down 2.10% to close at 82,497.1 today.
