IREDA to create wholly owned retail subsidiary | Capital market news

The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency has received approval from DIPAM vide OM dated October 10, 2024 and from the Administrative Ministry i.e. Ministry of New and Renewable Energy for the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary for retail such as PM KUSUM, rooftop solar and other B2c segments in RE and emerging RE sector including electric vehicles, energy storage, technologies green, sustainability, energy efficiency, etc.
