Tata Motors records 15% drop in sales in September | Capital market news

Sells 71,345 units

Tata Motors sold 71,345 units in the month of September 2024, compared to 84,381 units in September 2023, registering a decline of 15%.

Total sales included domestic sales of 69,694 units (down 15% YoY) and exports of 1,651 units (down 30% YoY).

Regarding domestic sales, passenger vehicle sales decreased by 8% to 41,063 units, while commercial vehicle sales fell by 23% to 28,631 units in September 2024.
